Fully Automatic Self-cleaning Brush-type Filter
 
The self-cleaning brush-type filter developed and produced by our company is an electric automatic self-cleaning filter. The functions of the filter are controlled by a flushing controller. The cleaning process can be controlled automatically and manually. The self-cleaning system enables the filter cake formed on the filter screen to be brushed off, and a large amount of dirt can be removed without interrupting the filtration. Using the least amount of flushing water, a short cleaning time is sufficient to clean the entire filter element while maintaining the filtration process. The main feature of this uniquely designed filter is the self-adjusting brush driven by an electric motor across the entire surface of the filter screen. Efficient cleaning is achieved through the perfect contact between the self-adjusting brush and the screen surface.
 
A variety of automatic self-cleaning brush filters can be used in a very wide range of applications.
 
Coating: When preparing for coating, the filter is equipped with a special layer of zinc phosphate. This treatment ensures proper adhesion of the coating and prevents internal rusting. Subsequently, before furnace hardening, a polyester coating is applied electrostatically both internally and externally. The entire process consists of 7 steps and results in a perfect coating with a thickness of approximately 120 micrometers.
