  • The high-flow cartridge safety filter designed and developed by our company selects imported large-flow pleated cartridges from brands such as 3M, Parker, and Pall, which can provide a larger effective filtration area. This ensures stable filtration performance even in a compact space. The product has the following features:

     
    - The single cartridge of the high-flow filter has a large flow rate. For a 40" cartridge, it can reach up to 350 gallons per minute (1325 liters per minute).
     
    - The high-flow filter equipment can be designed in either a horizontal or vertical structure according to the available space.
     
    - The high-flow filter can be equipped with filter elements of any number and precision according to the requirements of flow rate and precision.
     
    - The partition plate at the sealing part of the high-flow filter cartridge is processed by numerical control boring, which can ensure that there is no liquid bypass or side leakage.
     
    - Both the inside and outside of the high-flow filter cartridge have firm supports, which can ensure that the cartridge does not shake or tilt during operation, thus ensuring the sealing performance.
     
    - The high-flow filter equipment is opened quickly with eye bolts, making it more convenient to maintain the equipment and replace the cartridges.
     
    - The general external dimensions of the high-flow filter cartridge are: outer diameter: 6"; length: 40" or 60".
     
    - The processing precision levels of the high-flow filter are: 1, 3, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 70, 90, 150 micrometers (μm), etc.
     
    Inside the high-flow cartridge safety filter, there are high-strength stainless steel cylindrical support guide rods connected to the bottom plate. When installing the cartridge, it can be easily and quickly inserted along the support guide rods, and the cartridge is effectively supported and protected. The base for sealing the cartridge is numerically controlled processed and tapered, which can guide the cartridge sealing ring to fit closely with the base, preventing any leakage of materials. With a filtration precision of 1 micrometer, a filtration efficiency of 99.9% can be guaranteed.
    Selecting the vertical structure of the high-flow filter can minimize the floor space occupied by the filtration system, while the horizontal structure can simplify the installation and operation to the greatest extent. You can choose either the vertical or horizontal structure according to actual needs.
